  1. Add the chipotle chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt and pepper to a small bowl.
  2. Coat the chicken breasts on both sides with this seasoning mixture.
  3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook the seasoned chicken breasts for 6 to 7 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and no longer have a pink center.
  5. Before slicing, take the chicken out of the skillet and allow it to rest for a few minutes.
