  2. Pulse until roughly chopped.
  3. Add the oregano, lemon juice, olive oil, parsley, and black pepper.
  4. Blend, scraping down sides as necessary, until the mixture is spreadable.
  5. If needed, taste and adjust the seasoning.
  6. To allow flavors to meld, move to a serving bowl and leave for at least 15 minutes.
