What is better than a burger for little snack on the afternoon? Greetings from flavor overload! A savory, smoky, creamy burger with just the right amount of tang, this Crack Burger is robust, juicy, and cheesy. Perfectly seasoned with Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, onion powder, and garlic, the beef patties are layered with a mayo-Dijon sauce that unifies everything and topped with luscious melted cheddar. It's everything you enjoy about a burger, only on full blast!

Ideal for Friday evenings, cookouts, or situations where simple burgers are insufficient.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, onion and garlic powders, salt, and black pepper should all be combined in a big bowl. Stir until thoroughly blended.
  2. Separate and form into four equal patties.
  3. Heat a skillet or grill to a medium-high temperature.
  4. Cook until the patties are cooked to your desired doneness, about 4 to 5 minutes per side.
  5. Top each patty with shredded cheddar cheese and allow it to melt in the final minute of cooking.
  6. To make the sauce, whisk together the Dijon mustard and mayonnaise in a small bowl.
  7. Burger buns should be toasted until golden.
  8. Put your burgers together:
  9. Cover the bottom bun with sauce.
  10. Add tomato slices, pickles, lettuce, and a cheesy patty.
  11. Put the top bun last.
  12. Warm up and eat!
